U.S.A. Sales manager.

Job description:

  • Establish sales targets and monitoring their implementation.
  • Lead the implementation of trade policy in USA and focused on creating new costumers and assisting the existing.
  • Analyze costumers need to offer the best service.
  • Submission of proposal, after a thorough analysis, to ensure the profitability of the operation and costumer satisfaction.
  • Presentation of monthly results to the European parent company.
  • Define, design and planning with the head office projects for the business strategy of the brand, identifying and developing opportunities for partnerships and trade agreements.
  • Determine, with the marketing manager, price list and margins of products and services to offer.
  • Follow-up market and costumer development. Also prepare strategic analysis and measures to be taken.
  • Coordinate the commercial management of strategic costumers, establishing an annual plan for clients.
  • Check proposals, offers and other business documents, ensuring compliance with the standards defined by the company.
  • Propose procedures and actions to improve and optimize the quality of the business processes.
  • Manage and plan the resources and activities in USA, leading and coordinating the sales force under their responsibility, establishing objectives, and performing analysis of results.
  • Availability to travel around the country.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
  • High level of English, if possible native.
  • A second language will be assessed.
